How to request deletion

You can ask us to delete personal data you submitted through this website, or data connected to a MedGuide product account. Email privacy@medguide.app from the email address the data is connected to, and briefly describe the data you want deleted. We confirm every request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Contact-form inquiries and the correspondence around them, from our email and CRM systems.
• Product-account data covered by your request, subject to the retention obligations in the product's own agreement and applicable law.

Where a law requires us to keep specific records for a defined period, we delete everything else and tell you what was retained and why.

Deleting a product account

If you use a MedGuide product, you can also delete your account and its data directly inside the product, from the account settings. The in-product deletion has the same effect as an email request.
